Not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can easily return your order. The order can be returned within 14 days if the product is still in its original condition and has all tags and labels. Follow the instructions below to return the package.
NOTE: For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Products may only be returned if the product is unworn and not damaged.

Send us an email with the reason for return to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, fill in the return form and add it to the return.
STEP 2: Send the order
Send the item together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure that the package has a Track & Trace code, as a sender you are responsible and we do not want misunderstandings to arise. Return costs are for your own account.
STEP 3: Receive the purchase amount back into your account
The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the package, provided that the product has been returned in good order. Mighty Label reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they have been worn or have not been returned within the set term.
Have you ordered an item but still want to exchange it? Send the relevant article back within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered by you, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with tags and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own. PAY ATTENTION! Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
A return shipment must be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
